Endive salad

  • 2 endives
  • 1 tablespoon oil (both endive)
  • 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard with lemon
  • Salt pepper

In a plate have the endive cut in two, remove the top of the endive (it gives bitterness) and have mustard, sprinkle lightly with oil, salt and pepper, you can accompany this recipe with  haddock and mackerel fillets.

The vinegar is not necessary as the mustard is flavoured with lemon.
