4 whites until very stiff, adding 2 tablespoons powdered sugar to finish.
Mix pastry cream realized with 10cl milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 of flour, 10g butter and 2 egg yolks.
Add at the last two raw yolks and 2 tablespoons of Grand Marnier.
Mould into small buttered molds and cook for 10 minutes in an oven at 160 ° C.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and little more .... a few drops of orange flavoured flaxseed oil!
