Ray fin

  • 2 small rays  (to cook the day before)
  • 2 small yellow zucchini
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 mint leaves
  • Some seeds of Camelina
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard

In a dish, crumble the cooked line that you will mix with raw zucchini, diced, seeded and peeled the tomatoes, diced, chopped mint and spoon mustard, mix everything coarsely.
Add two tablespoons of olive-camelina oil.
