INGREDIENTS


  • 4 glasses of multigrain couscous
  • salt pepper

VIGEAN OIL


  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil Demeter
  • Recommended Use:
    end of cooking




Take a large bowl, pour 4 glasses of couscous, heat 0.5 liters of water, pour it and gin.

2 solutions to taste the dish:
  • When cold, pour 2 tablespoons oil before putting hot water
  • When hot, pour 2 tablespoons of oil after water

Then add salt and pepper to taste. Good tasting !
