Yogurt cake

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 plain semi-skimmed yoghurt
  • 3 flour pots
  • 1 jar of sugar
  • ½ jar of hazelnut oil
  • 3 yellow and 3 beaten egg whites
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder




You need two bowls, one for beat the 3 egg whites until stiff, and the other to mix the remaining ingredients, when they are well mixed, add the firm whites,  have a cake mold, brioche, or muffin pan.

Bake th 180 ° C, 25 min. Good tasting !
