Autumn Cake

INGREDIENTS


  • 10g butter
  • 5 granny apples

    Dough :
  • 60g flour
  • 50g sugar
  • 60ml of 1/2 skim milk
  • 45ml of gourmet fruity walnut oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

    Gravy :
  • 50ml 35% cream
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 beaten egg




Butter ramekins and top with apple slices.
Pour over the dough made by mixing with a spatula and put in the warm oven for 20 minutes (Th 180° C), then drizzle with the sauce and some chopped walnuts and  cook 1/4 hour longer.
