  • 6 boiled eggs

  • 50g basil (large sheets)
  • 30g pine nuts
  • 100g parmesan
  • 2 garlic cloves 
  • 1  sheep yogurt
  • 2-4 tablespoons Prim'Olive
  • salt pepper

To prepare the pesto in a blender mix:
- Pine nuts
- The basil leaves
- Grate the parmesan
- Cut garlic
- Add the yogurt, olive oil, salt and pepper

Depending on your taste or texture you can add Parmesan and olive oil. Chill, meanwhile halve your boiled eggs, remove the yolk and mash with a fork and add the pesto, keep to a quenelle decoration.
