Tartlet Bulgur with vegetables

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 cup bulgur
  • ½ lemon
  • a tomato
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ bunch of parsley
  • 2 stalks onions
  • salt pepper
  • 1 tbsp duodor oil 




  1. In a bowl, pour the fine bulgur.
  2. Peel, seed and cut the cucumber into small cubes.
  3. Take a tomato, cut into small dice. Cut the onions finely with the rod.
  4. Chop the parsley as fine as possible.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  6. Add salt and pepper.
  7. Water gently with duodor oil.
  8. The next day, having this preparation on round dough, puff pastry or shortcrust pastry.
