Early harvest November 2019

Huilerie VIGEAN releases Prim'Olive 2019, an early harvest olive oil  selected by the Oil Master Eric VIGEAN.

First harvest of the year full of sunshine, the first olive oil is composed of 100% of the first juice of green olives.
Arbequina for delicacy and note of green apples, picual for tonicity and intense fruitiness, hojiblanca for balance and notes of artichokes and tomatoes. It takes 11 to 12 kilos of olives to make 1 liter of oil. This unfiltered oil, a source of polyphenols and natural antioxidants, seduces with its intense fruitiness.
