Endive salad

  • 4 endives
  • 1 red pepper
  • Smoked bacon 50g
  • 12 walnuts or more
  • 3 tbsp gourmet fruity walnut blend oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar flavoured with walnut
  • salt, pepper

Endive salad with red pepper and smoked crispy bacon with  gourmet fruity walnut oil.

- Wash and finely chop the endives, set aside.
- Wash and dice the pepper, reserve.
- Dice and cook the smoked bacon in a skillet, and brown; removing up to the cooking fat, simply by putting them in a kitchen towel
- In a bowl, mix the oil and vinegar, salt, pepper (adjust to your liking)
- Arrange endive on each plate, place the diced bacon and peppers in the center, decorate with nuts
- Then drizzle with the sauce.
