Tartlet Bulgur with vegetables

In a salad bowl :
- pour the fine bulgur
- peel, seed and dice the cucumber
- take a firm tomato you'll dice
- finely chopped onions with the rod
- chopped parsley as thin as possible
- drizzle with lemon juice
- the oil spoons according to your taste
- salt and pepper
The day after this preparation have on round dough, puff pastry or shortcrust pastry at your convenience.
