Mackerel rillettes

  • 2 mackerels
  • 3 tablespoons lemon infused oil
  • Salt pepper
  • chive

Cook the mackerel in the oven with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.

Then at the end of cooking, filleting, mash with a fork and oil, salt and pepper, add the chives and chill.

Good tasting !
