Ray fin

  • 2 small rays (cooked the day before)
  • 2 small yellow zucchini from Italy
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 mint leaves
  • Some seeds of Camelina
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon olive/camelina oil

In a plate, put the ray you're going to mix with raw zucchini, diced, the seeded and peeled tomato, diced, chopped mint and spoon mustard, mix everything coarsely, add two tablespoons olive-camelina oil.

Then to the presentation, take a punch, arrange on each plate the necessary amount, chill.
