Pouligny black radish

  • 1 black radish
  • 1 pouligny
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seed oil

Prepare the radish, peel and cut into small pieces.
Arrange on a plate and make a circle in the middle to pumpkin seed oil and cut into slices of Pouligny you will have around the plate (as much as you are guests).

This dish can be for starters or for cheese, radish with digestive properties ...
