Parsnip Chips

  • 3 parsnips
  • 1 tbsp deodorized frying oil
  • salt pepper
  • 1 pinch of Espelette pepper
  • 1 pinch of coriander

  1. Peel the parsnips and cut with mandolin
  2. Place them in a bowl, add salt and pepper and drizzle with oil, mix well.
  3. Preheat oven to 200 °, meanwhile arrange your parsnip slices on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Put peppers or cilantro (you can decorate to your liking) on the petals.
  4. Bake 10-15 minutes, once the parsnips are golden on the edges and the slats retract, turn off the oven and let stand open oven.
Drink hot or cold. Good tasting !
