- Peel the parsnips and cut with mandolin
- Place them in a bowl, add salt and pepper and drizzle with oil, mix well.
- Preheat oven to 200 °, meanwhile arrange your parsnip slices on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Put peppers or cilantro (you can decorate to your liking) on the petals.
- Bake 10-15 minutes, once the parsnips are golden on the edges and the slats retract, turn off the oven and let stand open oven.
