Stuffed round zucchini

  • 4 round zucchini

    For the filling:
  • 2 peppers
  • 4 duck sausages
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • thyme, bay leaves, Espelette pepper, salt, pepper
  • 1 (or 2) tablespoons toasted sesame oil

Remove the cap zucchini, dig, cook the zucchini in a skillet upside down and cook hat.
By the end of cooking, remove everything, recovering the juice and set aside. Attention to cooking must zucchini is still firm.
Add the juice, veal stock, and reduce sauce to serve.
In the skillet, grill the sausages and dice them and the rest of the ingredients (onion, etc.).
Cook all together, add seasoning. By the end of cooking, add sesame oil, heat 5 minutes on low heat.
Arrange the stuffing inside of your zucchini.
