Pork filet mignon

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 4 carrots
  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch of turmeric
  • 1 tomato
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp toasted rapeseed oil




In a frying pan, place the filet mignon with tomato and garlic cut, brown, cover for 15 minutes, then add carrots, peeled potatoes, turmeric and pepper, cover again and cook for 40 minutes .
Add toasted rapeseed oil, and lengthen 5 minutes cooking.
Chopping the tenderloin, put it warm while preparing the plates.
