INGREDIENTS


  • 4 farm chicken breasts
  • 120 gr of toasted buckwheat (kasha)
  • 30 cereal seeds mixture
  • Chicken stock 50cl
  • A few leaves of spinach
  • 1 slice of country- wheat bread
  • Whole milk 25cl
  • VIGEAN hemp oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper


 




According to a restaurant recipe "The Circle" in Bourges in the Cher (18)

NB: to do today

  • Slowly cook the chicken breasts with hemp oil and set aside
  • Deglaze the pan with half the chicken stock and reduce to obtain a juice
  • Toast the slice of country-wheat bread under the oven grill and mix in the boiling milk, strain and season.
  • Sort some pretty leaves of spinach
  • Cook the buckwheat in the rest of the chicken stock
  • Warm slowly poultry, cut a piece, remove the skin from the remaining part and pass into the cereal grain mixture
  • Having buckwheat on the plate, the two pieces of poultry, spinach
  • Stain a few drops of hemp oil, sprinkle with juice and have some milk with bread burned here and there, enjoy
