Under his false airs cake with apples and walnuts, this cake has lots of great surprises ...

Cooking time :
about 25 minutes at 150 ° (the cooked cake soon. Prick it after 20 to 25 minutes)

Start by separating the whites from the yolks.
Fit firm enough snow white.
Add agave syrup to egg yolks. Whisk until a clear and sparkling yellow mixture.
Add flour gradually and then baking.
After warmed margarine, add to your mix.
Your dough should be homogeneous without being too liquid (if necessary you can add the vegetable cream to give smoothness to your dough).
Gently stir and many times your whites.

Your dough is now ready! It only remains to put it into your cake pan.
Start by depositing a layer of mixture into your mold and 1 pear cut in half. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
Refile a layer of paste, then again a pear cut in half.
Finish by covering paste.
In finishing, I disposed of apple slices that I had pre-cook on which I carefully poured a tablespoon of walnut oil (after cooking).

The result from the oven when you cut a slice of cake:

NB: nut oil pleasantly scented cake and joins the autumnal flavours of pears, apples and walnuts.

Good tasting!
