Fried ceps and chanterelles

INGREDIENTS


  • 2 ceps
  • 6 chanterelles
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp olive oil




Cut your potatoes into 4, fry lightly with thyme. Immediately after cooking, ra-jousting your ceps and chanterelles and cook them at low heat.
5 minutes before end of cooking, sprinkle with olive oil from Greece, salt and pepper.
