  • Parmesan cheese
  • Grapeseed Oil Vigean
  • salt, pepper

According to Sylvie Deffarge Château MOULIN CARESSE (

  1. Blanch the asparagus so that they remain crunchy
  2. Cut into sections on the plate
  3. Add a little grapeseed oil
  4. Then a few slices of parmesan cheese, summer truffles, salt and pepper
