Green zebra tomato confit

  • 3 tomatoes Green Zebra
  • 1 tbsp olive oil from Italy
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar.
  • salt, pepper

In a frying pan, place the tomatoes and stew until cooked tomato. Caution must it must remain whole.
Then deglaze with vinegar.
Salt pepper.
