  • 4 back of wild or caught cod
  • 2 organic butternuts
  • Gourmet pumpkin seeds oil Vigean
  • Summer savory (Aromandise)
  • Some pumpkin seeds (Markal)

About the oil:

Realization of the recipe:

  1. Start by cutting your butternuts in half
  2. Seed them
  3. Peel and cut into pieces
  4. Rinse with water
  5. Make spaghetti with a peeler or a mandolin

Cooking time :
  • Spaghetti of butternuts cook about 5 minutes
  • The cooking time of the cod back depends on the thickness (between 10 and 15 minutes)

Proceed with the dressing of your plates by depositing a back of cod and make up your butternut leaf with a cookie cutter

Pour a spoonful of gourmet pumpkin seeds oil on stripped butternut and sprinkle with summer savory on your cod
