Spaghetti squash

  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 30 g parmesan

    Gravy :
  • 3 tbsp fresh cream sheep
  • 2 tbsp Triodor oil
  • nutmeg
  • salt pepper

Cook squash in salted boiling water 30 minutes.
After cooking, cut in half, remove seeds and take the spaghetti with a fork.
Place them in a bowl, grate the Parmesan over, nutmeg and oil, mix well and serve immediately.
