Banana bread sweet orange chocolate

  • 24 g of millet flour
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 90g of dark chocolate chips
  • 100g of hazelnut powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 12 drops of sweet orange essence
  • 4 tablespoons of Vigean coconut oil
  • 70g Rapadura® whole sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

I propose this week a tasty banana bread recipe made with the Marion® vitalizer. You can also make it in the oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes. Halfway through cooking lower the temperature to 150 ° C.

  1. In a large, flat plate, mash the bananas with a fork with the sugar.
  2. Arrange in a salad bowl, add the hazelnut powder, Vigean coconut oil, eggs, drops of orange essence and lemon juice. Mix.
  3. Sift the flour, add it to the preparation. Add the chocolate chips. Mix again.
  4. In an oiled cake mold pour the mixture.
  5. Place in the vitaliseur® sieve for 30/35 minutes.
