White squash

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 squash
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • ½ bunch fresh coriander or frozen one
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
  • salt




Cut the squash in half, remove seeds and cut into pieces roughly.
Cook  in a fry pan with garlic and pepper. Cook for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat, remove the skin with a sharp knife, cut into smaller pieces and brown slightly.
Add cilantro and outside cooking oil.

Good tasting !
