Hummus of white beans

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 3 minutes


  • 1 jar of white beans (400 g)
  • 4 beautiful carrots
  • ½ c. to c. ground cumin
  • 1 C. to s. tamari
  • 2 tbsp. to s. of virgin sesame oil
  • 1 C. to s. of tahin
  • 1 small lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Coriander unrefined gray salt


  • Rinse the carrots, and keep the skins if they are from organic farming.
  • Cut them into slices.
  • Let them steam gently 10/15 minutes. If you have Marion® Vitalizer, place them on the sieve for 8 minutes.
  • Drain the beans and place in a blender jar with carrots, cumin, tamari, sesame oil, peeled garlic clove, tahini, and lemon juice.
  • Blend until creamy, add a little water if necessary.
  • Season the seasoning and sprinkle with the chopped coriander.
