Salade aux abricots aromatisée à l’huile vierge de bourrache Vigean

Ingredients


  • 12 to 15 apricots from Roussillon
  • 3 tablespoons virgin borage oil Vigean
  • 1 teaspoon liquorice powder
  • 12 leaves of fresh mint bio


Preparation

  1. Wash the apricots and mint leaves, which you dry well in a tea towel.
  2. In a salad bowl, prepare the sauce with borage oil, liquorice powder and mint chiseled very finely.
  3. Cut and pit the apricots and add them to the sauce.
  4. Reserve in the fridge and serve with mint leaves.

Nutrition advantage

This summer recipe is beneficial for the beauty of the skin. Apricot contains beta carotene and antioxidant vitamin C. The addition of borage oil is also an ally of the skin thanks to vitamin E which fights against free radicals. With its omega 6 and 9, this borage oil also helps to absorb vitamin A from the apricot.
