Small Salad Express Oil Essence of Life "Moms and Active Women" Vigean

  • 1 organic yellow lemon
  • 1 big carrot bio
  • ¼ of a small organic red cabbage
  • 8 leaves of green salad
  • 2 small cans of natural tuna
  • 2 tablespoons of organic squash seeds
  • 100g raw organic quinoa
  • Sea salt
  • Ground gray pepper
  • 4 tablespoons Vigean oil essence of life Moms and active women


  1. Wash the vegetables well and peel them.
  2. Rinse repeatedly and repeatedly under cold water the quinoa to rid it of saponins (substances responsible for its bitter taste).
  3. Fill a saucepan with salt water and heat. When simmering (not boiling), add the quinoa and cook for 15 minutes no more.
  4. Meanwhile: Wash and grate the carrot, finely slice the red cabbage, finely chop the lettuce leaves and squeeze the lemon juice.
  5. Prepare the vinaigrette with lemon juice, salt pepper and 100% organic Vigean oil essence of life "Moms and active women".
  6. Stir and drain the quinoa before spreading it in individual verrines.
  7. Add in each verrine, on the warm or cold quinoa, crumbled tuna, vegetables, seeds then add the vinaigrette.
