Sauce for Fish

  • 2 sliced tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 red pepper, cut into pieces
  • thyme, bay leaf
  • salt pepper

Once your fish is cooked, recover the fish juice, mix everything finely, mix and heat up.
Remove from heat and add 2 plugs of orange flaxseed oil, mount emulsion because the oil must not be cooked.
You can serve in a sauceboat or directly on the fish.
