Pink onions

  • 1 pink onion
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 1 yellow or green zucchini
  • 1 tbsp rosemary flavoured olive oil
  • salt pepper

Can be done the day before.

Prepare onion peeling it, remove the center of it.
Cut into small pieces the center of the onion and zucchini and add to your cooking utensil dug onion, by bringing back the whole.
Beware the onion is not overcooked because it will be your container.
Remove the onion, turn off heat and add the tablespoon of oil in your stuffing and mix.
Remove from heat and garnish the center of the onion with the preparation.
Garnish with fresh rosemary.

Serve hot or cold. Good tasting !
