Initially, cut into segment pepper and cook gently.
Dice the carrots, seeded tomatoes and onion, fry it all in a pan over low heat.
Remove from heat and add a tbsp cumin flavoured olive oil , salt and pepper, and mix well.
As soon as the flavours are well blended, place the mix in the cold pepper.
You will remain vegetables that you can have in a ramekin next.
