  • 4 rabbit legs
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • a bay leaf
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground turmeric
  • 4 courgettes
  • homemade tomato sauce or not
  • 1 tbsp oil DUODOR
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 heaped tablespoons of wholegrain mustard
  • 4 shallots "chicken leg"
  • salt pepper

For the tomato sauce, you do not have to put it in the wok, you can reheat and arrange on the plate next.

In a wok, fry the rabbit, you've slathered with mustard, in olive oil with the chopped shallots, from colouring, close the lid and cook on low heat with thyme, bay leaf and turmeric for 2 h (th induction 3).

½ hour before the end of cooking, add the tomato sauce, zucchini sliced, close and simmer gently.

Add 5 minutes before the end, your DUODOR oil, salt and pepper and allow to finish cooking a few minutes, serve immediately.
