Squid with girolles and button mushrooms

  • 600g squid (means, do be prepared by the fishmonger and then cut into strips)
  • Espelette peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon hazelnut oil
  • a dash of olive oil
  • 4 juicy tomatoes
  • 200 g chanterelles
  • 200 g button mushrooms

In a wok fry onion and garlic with olive oil, add the tentacles first, finely cut, once the juice has evaporated, put the rest of the body squid (strap) with a tomato cut , cook until evaporated, then add the 3 tomatoes , cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, prepare the mushrooms and cook them separately,

Button mushrooms sliced with a garlic clove.
Girolle without garlic.
